Teline Guerra

Out in the wilds of America, people gather around glowing lights and  with their sweat and tears, forge film communities and build collectives . Why do they go through the pain and suffering to make a movie with their bare hands and what’s left of their sanity?

Why not?

I am one of those crazy few making something out of next to nothing, telling the stories of the flyover states. Maybe someone will see my work sputtered out of the broken lamp of a neglected projector. Maybe they won’t. My name is Teline Guerra, and I am an outlaw.

Also, an improviser and a writer, with an MFA from THE Ohio State University.
